We’re now seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our showroom team and take our sales performance to the next level.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring every visitor receives a premium experience.
  • Manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the wider Brown Brothers group to align goals and share best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and brand standards.

About You: -

  • Proven track record in automotive sales management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Commercially astute with a passion for delivering results.
  • Familiarity with Renault/Dacia products is a plus, but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Brown Brothers in Peebles are looking for a vehicle technician to join our busy Renault/Dacia aftersales team.

Our emphasis is on quality of workmanship and an extremely high level of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent. Full UK driving Licence essential.

Qualifications and experience, whilst valuable, are not the most important assets as both will be made available from Brown Brothers and the Manufacturers.

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
